- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets).

We never sell your data. Ever.

The Chinese Path is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for immediate deletion.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email (if you're a customer) and via a banner on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information.
