Eligibility
You're eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 30 days of purchase.
- You haven't completed the entire program (e.g., watched > 80% of videos).
- The product differs materially from its description.
How to Request
Sending a refund request takes 60 seconds:

- We'll acknowledge within 24 hours (MonβFri).
- Refund processed within 5β10 business days via your original payment method.
You don't need to explain why. We trust you.
What Happens to Your Access
After a refund:
- Your account remains active; you can continue using free content.
- Access to the refunded product is revoked.
- You may re-purchase anytime at standard price.
Subscriptions
For subscription products:
- Cancel anytime from your account settings.
- You'll retain access until the end of the paid period.
- Pro-rated refunds available within the first 30 days.
Bundles
For bundle purchases, you can request a refund for the entire bundle if you haven't downloaded more than 20% of the included content.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first β we resolve most requests within 48 hours. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account suspension.
